More and more women are joining law enforcement professionals because of the excellent benefits, retirement plan, work-life balance and stability. In the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Office, women have served at every rank, from private first class to major. Stacey Ann Kincaid, our Sheriff since 2013, was a captain at the time she was elected.
